Upon securing a contract, you will receive specific instructions directing you to the relevant company or outlet, along with the necessary funds to complete your task, whether it involves making a purchase or utilizing a service. Following the visit, you will be required to provide a comprehensive report detailing your experience and evaluating staff performance.

Our services are typically sought by companies that wish to address customer complaints or enhance their service quality by gaining valuable insights into staff behavior and customer interactions.

Your identity will remain confidential in accordance with the nature of the role, and you will receive $500 for each completed assignment, in addition to transportation bonuses and meal allowances when applicable. You will be tasked with evaluating customer service across a variety of retail stores, restaurants, and service providers within your local area.

This role offers flexibility, allowing you to set your own hours with no long-term commitment required. Apply below
